Chantal is a french name, a bit old, like Francoise (Francoise is my real name). One day a friend of mine wanted to call me, but instead of saying "Francoise !", she said "Chantal !". And then she said, "Hey, Chantal suits you better than Francoise, I'm gonna call you like that from now on" And I said "ok" ^_^
